STORY
When we are born we have an innate knowledge that we are worthy and loveable. Unfortunately, this often gets eroded as we grow up. I have spent many years running away from myself, feeling insecure, giving away my love and power. My life was noisy, busy and lacked awareness. I distracted myself so I didn’t have to deal with what was happening inside. I was living completely disconnected and thinking that was how I had to be.
In 2019, I discovered energy healing with Reiki and it has been a blessing. I also discovered that I enjoyed the silence of being alone, because it resulted in a deeper exploration of my inner world to build relationships from true conscious love. It is now my passion to help show people the true light that they really are. I will empower you to follow your own path, to reach for and achieve your profound and unique potential.
